Dr. Brandie Nemchenko

Dr. Brandie Nemchenko is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) for the specialized treatment of children and pregnant women, including the Webster Technique.

Graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City with the top award of Clinical Excellence, her first position as a chiropractor was in the former Gold’s and Bally’s gyms in King of Prussia as a sports chiropractor.  She started King of Prussia Family Wellness Center in 2002.  In 2006, ​s​he developed a safe specialized program for pregnancy applying the techniques she used for high level athletes ​as she was unable to practice normally due to her own high risk pregnancy.  She ​named the program, Bloom at King of Prussia Family Wellness, ​a division of the practice ​offering specialized prenatal and postpartum program of chiropractic care, muscle therapy, and her rehab program, “Strong Mama U” for pregnant women. 

​An expert in this field, Dr. Brandie is a frequent lecturer at hospitals and birth centers, universities and other venues. She has also written a book, What You Didn’t Expect When You’re Expecting. Dr. Brandie has an extensive medical background.  Graduating from St. Joseph’s Paramedic Institute with honors in 1996, she is still registered paramedic having worked at the Emergency Department and PACU at Lancaster Regional, Lancaster General, and Hershey Medical Center in their trauma orthopedic floor.  Dr. Brandie’s strengths include incorporating this medical knowledge with her chiropractic expertise to help patients get the diagnoses and care they need, whether in her own office or by referral to another trusted specialist. 

After having lived in King of Prussia for almost 14 years, Dr. Brandie is still actively involved in the Upper Merion community, serving as the President of the Board of Directors for the Lafayette Ambulance and Rescue Squad and has served on the board since 2009. Dr. Brandie lives in Wayne with her husband, Dr. Arthur, and their two daughters.

Dr. Arthur Nemchenko

Chiropractor
Dr. Arthur Nemchenko trained as a medical doctor in his native country, Russia. Having experienced the benefits of chiropractic care with his own family, he advanced his career in the United States, receiving his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Arthur has a passion for running and specialized in sports performance therapies. His running career began with little knowledge of safe running technique in 2010. Since applying chiropractic principles to his running, Dr. Arthur has successfully completed the Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, DC marathons in addition to countless other races. Dr. Arthur is passionate about helping athletes, especially runners, reach and exceed their personal best, while running and training, pain-free. He specializes in training methods that reduce risk for injury and pain pre-race preparation, treatment of common running injuries, post-race recovery as well as kinesiotaping and custom orthotics. Dr. Arthur lives in Wayne with his wife Dr. Brandie and their two daughters and is an avid supporter of the Main Line community. 

 

Dr. Eric Brennan

Chiropractor
Dr. Eric Brennan was born and raised in King of
Prussia, Pennsylvania and attended Upper Merion Area School District.  He has a vast background with working with athletes.  He has worked with NCAA Division II women’s volleyball, baseball and football.  He developed relationships to be part of the sports medicine staff for the St. Petersburg Pelicans Rugby team, during the Gulf Coast Seven’s Rugby Tournament, and has provided triage care for multiple triathlons in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has also been part of the sports medicine staff for the National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships. He was the first chiropractic student to be accepted for the clerkship at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System where he helped provide chiropractic care, in a hospital setting, to veterans. Dr. Eric returned to King of Prussia to give back to the community that allowed him so many opportunities and provide a holistic approach to medicine.

Julie Ralston

Practice Manager                          
A native of Wayne, PA, she has held a variety of customer service and insurance administration positions. After years of suffering from headaches and upper back pain from computer work, she was thrilled to meet Dr. Brandie and learn that chiropractic care was the solution to take away the cause of her symptoms. Julie has been with us as a patient since 2005 and an employee since 2008. She is happy to have the opportunity to educate people about how to improve their health and quality of life through chiropractic. Julie lives in Upper Merion with her family and currently attends Eastern University.

Lindsay Curson

Front Desk Coordinator
Lindsay graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School and attended Montgomery County Community College. Lindsay studied Business Administration in college and graduated in 2013. Her true passion is customer service as her goal is to make everyone’s experience a positive and enjoyable one. She has two cats and is an animal lover! Nutrition and holistic remedies are major areas of interest for Lindsay. As a patient of chiropractic care, Lindsay would love to help you reach your goals!

Alex Muscarella

Exercise Therapy Chiropractic Assistant
Alex was born and raised in King of Prussia and attended Upper Merion Area School District. He graduated from West Chester University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. Alex was an intern at our practice during his final semester at West Chester and enjoys helping people rehabilitate and strengthen their bodies to improve their overall way of life. In his spare time he enjoys working out, watching and playing sports, and playing video games. He is always open and happy to try to help answer questions regarding fitness, nutrition, and sports.

Stephanie Palmer

Technical Chiropractic Assistant                          
Stephanie is one of our Technical Chiropractic Assistants. She was born and raised in Bridgeport and studied Exercise Science at Bloomsburg University. She is another one of our employees who participated in our internship program during her final semester. Stephanie has a love for mud runs and hitting personal bests during her runs. She is happy to be back on our team and excited to help all that she can to make everyone feel better!

Alyssa Noel Dytko

Manual Therapy Chiropractic Assistant                          
Alyssa grew up in King of Prussia, attended Penn State University for English and later Cortiva Institute to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Alyssa was lucky enough to begin her  career as a massage therapist with King of Prussia Family Wellness Center and is happy to be back on the team. She is passionate about offering client centered care to help patients attain their wellness goals.

Kate Hummel

Technical Chiropractic Assistant                          
Kate is originally from Pottsville, Pa but made her way down to this area to attend Temple and later Cortiva. Kate is happy to be our newest member of the team and looking forward to spreading the importance of health and wellness to all of our patients! In her free time, she enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, book clubs and working out.

Nancy Heath

Senior Practice Representative                          
You will see Nancy at various community events,
5k’s and other runs, and doing screenings at local businesses. Nancy is a graduate of Upper Merion High School and then attended Shippensburg University. Nancy is married and a mother of 2 children in the Upper Merion school district where she resides. Nancy loves to spend time hiking with her 2 dogs, and is also a swim coach for UMAC.

Nicole Kelly

Practice Representative
Nicole graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in both communication studies and journalism, with a minor in English. She was the president of the Society of professional journalism at her University, where she had the opportunity to lead a team of individuals in writing news content. In her spare time, Nicole likes to read, write, and spend time with her family and friends. Nicole is very excited about informing others of what chiropractic care can do, and she is ready to answer any questions you may have about how to reach your goals.
