1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks, and cash.

Insurance

If you have insurance we will submit claims for you and collect your co-pay or co-insurance amount at each visit.  Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident/personal injury claims, workers compensation, and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment for you at no charge.

Aetna, Amerihealth, Benefit Concepts, Keystone Health Plan East, Personal Choice, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark, Cigna and Medicare. 

No Insurance

If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be an extremely cost-effective and affordable form of health care. 

We are pleased to offer the ChiroHealth USA discount plan starting in 2012.  For only $39 per year, your entire family can receive quality care at affordable contracted rates.
